Post I Dont Think Its Workin ! (strange)

I dont think i am recalling dreams

I woke up last night after telling my self i was going to wake up and recall my dreams

And i dont really remember it - but i think wen i woke up i cudnt rememer it and i wrote just random things down

The first night that i tried i remembered a dream and i can still remember wat it was about now

But the one last night i dont remember the dream at all i just have words that i wrote in the night !

If i cant remember the dream happening at all is this common at the start of trying to dream recall ??

      And

How can i improve - Maybe techniques to remember more

      thanks

(ps. Is only my second night of trying ? )

It's normal to a beginner, but at least you remeber some words.

Yes I used alarm clock method and sometimes I still use it. Drinking some herbal tea before going to sleep (I usualy drink jasmine, peppermint or green tea) might increase you're dream recall too.
