      i'm new

      hello people
      i'm new here and i had lucid dreams couple of times in my life without practicing it
      i alredy controled my dreams and i was able to do what ever i wanted
      including things like...i don't know...flying,jumping from place to place
      an so on....
      so...considering i'm not a complete begginer here what should i do to prolong my lucid dreaming and to have it more often?

      There is lots of helpful information in the tutorials on this, but all you really need is desire .
