Thread: Reality Check ?

Hey Nufc, a good example of a reality check is to look at a digital clock or watch, concentrate on it, then look away, then look again, if the time is the same then you should be awake but if the figuires are twisted and in a random order then you are most likely dreaming. There are many different reality checks you can do, look around the forum, if your interested in the clock one i mentioned above just look at a clock every so often in your day, look away and then look again all the time whilst doing this you should question your reality.
