Ive always been real interested in this

Since I was a kid I always thought it would be really cool if I could realize that Im in a dream, and I think Ive done it before, just a while ago. Lately Ive been reading about it and trying to attain control in my dreams, and usually when I realize Im in the dream, things go blurry and I might start to wake up, or it continues for a little while and then stops or I lose control. Im looking at other options like smoking Calea zacatechichi, or Dream Herb, to attain lucidity, since it's been known to help. I ordered a gram of it off of shaman shop if any of you have heard of it, and I was actually wondering if anyone could tell me how much to brew into a tea so that I could drink it before I go to sleep.

      http://www.shamanshop.net/store/prod...D/0.0/file.htm

this is the gram that I ordered, and it says it's a 10x extract and that 1 gram is equal to 10 grams of whole herb, and though Ive seen recipies on teas, Im not sure if they're refering to fresh herb or what I have. Any help would be great. Ill probably be on this forum a lot. Nice to meet you all, and I look forward to sharing my lucid experiences with you.

Herbs are really not necesary. As far as your problem with staying lucid, try rubbing your hands together, spinning, or yelling "increase lucidity!" as soon as you become lucid. It really helps. It's also good to do that periodicaly during the dream to improve lucidity and prolong the dream. BTW, what's Calea zacatechichi?

Herbs will only offer minimal help, but that may be all you need!

It's a shrub that was used by indian tribes as a hallucinogen, but it's very mild if anything. It clears your head and makes you feel in control, thus helping lucid dreams, so indians used it to have visions and whatnot. You can go to erowid.org to learn more about it

I dont think so, it wont show up on any drug tests, if that's what you're asking.

You could probably find it if there's a shaman shop around you.

And have my parents completely freak out, but to be honest there isn't that many shops like that in the UK. We rely on overpriced websites

Well, dont be too dissapointed, I wouldnt recommend it. I did it last night, I brewed it into a tea and, my god, it was the worst tasting beverage, or anything for that matter, that I have ever put into my mouth. It had effects, but I didnt have many dreams that I can remember, so needless to say I didnt become lucid. If I ever was going to do it again, I'd probably smoke it. Ill never drink it again though.

Welcome to the forum flea. Just a tip, some drugs can suppress recall. So you said you had no recall, that could've been a reason.

Im aware, but this particular drug is supposed to enhance brain activity. But Ill probably never do it again. I still have to work on dream recall, I just wanted to skip ahead a little to see what it was like.
