      Cronic SP and some LD

      Hi
I'v had very ocasional LD since i was ten years old but I'm really here to find ways to help with my sleep paralysis. I often (may be once a week) have waking SP. This is very distresing as I can do little more that grunt or make hissing sounds. I always struggle to wake and after reading about Ld and WILD. would like to try to learn how to relax and be less distresed.

      Hi Skipper,
What is WILD. I have been seeing it in a lot of posts but dont know what it is. For myself (I am an imsomniac). Medically they have given me Zanex. So it would not take me eight hours to go to sleep. (Im serious) It has been an on going problem throughout my life. In my earlier years I fixed it pretty good with beer. Maybe a glass of wine would help if you are old enough.
      Cheers
      Vee

(A)Wake Into Lucid Dreaming. i.e. staying lucid as you fall asleep.
I had two LD last night. Also one episode of SP I really tride to relax but the falling sensation as my mind starts to slip under turns into panic.
