      my 3rd post, im on roll!! LOL

      ok sometimes in when im awake i have the feeling that im actually asleep, usually i just forget about it and think nothing of it. heres my question, can these have been actuall dreams? i dont think i've ever had a lucid dream that has ever felt as real as real life so im not sure if thats the case.

      Hmm. You might just be spacing out because you're bored or you haven't been getting enough rest. I wouldn't say that these are lucid dreams because lucids generally occur during REM.. after a good 5 or 6 hours of sleep.

      Daytime reality check

      Hello Hbash089,
      Welcome to the forum. Im a newbie too. When this happens do you feel as though things that are happening around you are too unbelievable to be believable? So therefore not feeling at all a part of the whirring action? As though everything is not quite real enough?

      not necessarily too unbelievable but too believable. sometimes it seems like its all so perfectly placed and so perfectly said that it doesnt seem real.
