      Question about SP

I tried to WILD druing an afternoon nap and i really forced myself not to move for along amount of time

after a while i started to feel my right hand was getting numb and i was wondering was that the entering to Sleep Paralysis or was it the way i put my hand that caused this

sometimes when i wake up i cant move my arms for a few seconds but i know that its because i slept in a way that blocked the blood stream to my arm

so my question is was my right hand getting numb cause I tried to WILD and was close to SP or was it the way i was lying?

I put both my hands on myself while lying on my back I was in a pretty simetric pose however only my right hand was getting numb

Well... it's tough to answer that without knowing the exact position you were in. It sounds like your hand was going to sleep because I hear people usualy start SP from the feet up, but I could be wrong.

Honestly I don't know, no offence but thats a weird position to sleep :p j/k

It might have been starting to paralyse, due to it being symmetrical, how long were you trying to enter SP?

Hmm, it doesn't sound much like SP to me but on the other hand SP is different for everyone and sometimes different each time. The most reliable way to check is to try and move a limb, and well, you get the idea!
