Hi people. |

I believe that lucids, particularly a certain kind (which I've experienced time and again) where you seem to "get up" right out of your body, are mistaken for OBEs. |

a lucid dream is normal not an oob, but if your good at having long dreams you could practice leaving your body |
|
So what your saying is theres IS a distinct difference between lucid dreaming and OBE's? hmm interesting |
|
Yes, there are completely two different things being referred to regarding OBE's and LD's. |
