I've been remembering at least one to two dreams a night for 3 weeks then all of a sudden no dreams for a week, what could have happened?

Also another couple of questions, do you try WILDing before you sleep? Or do you do it after you sleep for a few hours? Because if it's the latter how is it any diferent than the WBTB?

Sometimes we hit dream dry spells. Could be affected by stress, which was my case the past few weeks, food, some type of drug you might have taken, could be anything really. Just know it'll come back eventually, keep the faith.

WILDing is more than just the WBTB. It is easier to have a lucid dream after a few hours sleep, and easier to WILD also that is not the only way to achieve one. You can WILD during a 10 minute nap, which, in my opinion, is easier than WBTB. There are probably other times to WILD too but I prefer during naps or first thing in the morning after I jot down my dreams.

      Was going great...now nothing?

Hi...have the same problem. I was dream journaling and I actually had a couple of lucid dreams....and now its been about four days with no lucid dreams? I'm new at this but had some success early on but now Im concerned Im doing something wrong. I listen to tapes while going to bed...you know the self hypnosis or suggesstion tapes I downloaded from this site. Anyone have any suggestions?

Don't worry about not having any lucid dreams for 4 days. That's very common. I mean I had one tonight after not having one for about 1-2 months. Just relax, they'll come back eventually.
