Thread: Getting back to my lost world

Greetings everyone! :p

I'm just so glad that i was able to find this forum and website. I'm so interested in attaining LD. I think i will have to start my way from LDing before to actually having OBE/ AP.
A short background of mine:
- i am 20 yr-old male located in Southeast Asia. Stopped my college (majoring in BS Civil Engg)
- Now working for a US based Telco, as a Technical Support Rep for Internet services.
- i was into some sort of exploring my metaphysical capabilities way back several months ago, but i stopped due to time constraints, not having a mentor, and tired of being a solitaire yet not gaining much learning.
- I diverted my attention to playing online games, and thinking to just live normally... but at the back of my head... something is like pulling me back to reassess my point of view. And so i just let everything flow as is.. And while searching something in Google, boom! i arrived here!
- I have been eager to learn LD but again i don't know where to start.
- I found this forum to be so interactive. including the adoption program that will really be helpful. I'm just a newbie here, and i hope i will be able to dedicate some of my time here.
- As early as i read some info here.. Including the adoption program, the contents in the website, and some tutorials, i started to keep a DJ, luckily, I was able to remember my dreams for 2 consecutive days now. And i jot it down in my DJ notebook where i placed it with a pen just beside my bed. This seems weird, because i don't usually recall my dreams! It just started when i actually tell my self before i sleep: "Am I awake, or am I dreaming?" 3 times. and "I will be able to remember my dream." 3 times.
- My short-term goals are: to stay here for at least 2 weeks for adoption prerequisite! To be able to remember my dreams everyday and not to be lazy in jotting down in my DJ, and finally, to attain LD in the shortest time!
- My long-term goals are: after attaining LD, to learn personal techniques in attaining LD state while asleep or awake. To be able to do the motivating monthly task (seems to be fun and learning). To control and manipulate my dreams consistently. And finally, to Adopt somebody else to share my experience!
