      Learning to be Lucid

      hey, i just found out about this lucid dreaming idea and i really want to be able to do it, any tips for someone whos just starting?

      Frist of all!

      I would say Remember your dreams everynight, Keep a dream journal, Do reality checks and start to notice a dream sign within your dreams. I say these things will put you in the right direction. Though, the links above are more in depth them mine.

      Welcome to the forum Mr B

      Well as people have said there's loads in the Tutorials, you want to start with a dream journal so improve your dream recall so that you can remember your dreams and possible lucids aswell as recognize your dream signs.

      Also you may want to do reality checks so that you question your reality and hope that it crosses over into your normal dreams helping you become lucid.

      Apart from those I suggest you do a WBTB and MILD as they are easy to do.
