      wbtb?

      for this technique are u supposed to use an alarm clock when waking up or r u supposed to wake up on ur own?

      Well it can be done either way, it doesn't really matter though as long as you do wake up. I prefer to use an alarm clock as it's more reliable.

      If you can wake up on your own that's great but as goldney states it doesn't matter as long as you wake up, and for me.. that includes getting out of bed (even it it's just to go to the bathroom).

      I'd have to agree with Clarity here. Actually getting out of bed is necessary in many cases, including mine, because without doing this I become too lazy or unwilling to try the WILD or even MILD methods in unison with WBTB.
