      frustrated...

      hey, ive been working on dream recall for a while, and have tried every method of LDing that i can find (even UILD) and i havent had a single LD, im getting very frustrated...am i missing something or am i just not capable of controling it?

      you could be trying too hard. Just continue trying different techniques and give it time. Try not to get too frustrated. Don't worry too much if you don't have a LD one night, just think to yourself maybe tomorrow, and know that each time you go to sleep there is the possibility of having a lucid dream, and the longer you keep at it the greater the chance that the next night will be the night.

      Try not to think about it too much if it still hasn't worked. Stress does more to negatively impact your chances of lucidity then if you relax on trying too hard for a while.

      UILDs eh? Isn't that the going to the restroom one? Can't say I had much luck with that either. I just can bring myself to drink that much water.

      That's why during physics I can only watch on hopelessly as the others do their daily "gallon challenge" and hope one of them pops so I can laugh at them without being called a pussy. Errr I'll be quiet now.

      Like they said, give it some time, the moment will come. Stressing yourself about it will only make it worse...

      Personally any method that uses the Wake Back To Bed Techinique, works great for me, but it really depends on the individual...
