it is a typical begineer WILD

just like you first orgasm (fogive the allusion), it will be strong at your first tries

the images you saw, vibrating sensations, well everything unusual you felt are hypnagogic hallucinations, and you have these every night. you just don't notice them because you're not conscious

WILD consists of tricking your body to think you're sleeping, and make yourself enter the deam while still aware

somewhere in the middle of that process, your body enters a stage called Sleep Paralysis, which prevents unintentional movements, so that you can move your dream body and not risk moving your real body

when you enter Sleep Paralysis, vibrations are felt quite strongly, and suddenly you see everything black, but somehow your vision has "widened"... it's hard to explain in words

anyway, if you did feel that way, you did great for your first try. still it might take practice for you to master this process. practice leads to perfection

just don't let hallucinaitons fool you - don't trust yourself when doing WILD

anyway I guess that is all advice I have to say... best of luck in your WILDs

      stay lucid

Saying quantum physics explains cognitive processes is just like saying geology explains jurisprudence.

Hello Oasis Sorry, I can't give you any useful WILD advice, but I just wanted to say welcome to the forum, and enjoy your stay.
