      DEILD questions

I apologize for so many topics, I'm just naturally a person with many questions. Anyway, I read the tutorial on DEILD and it confuses me. Basically it sounds like you wake up and know you were dreaming and go back to sleep. . . I have done that for long before I knew about LDing. . . Am I missing something? Are you supposed to focus on something like in the WILD and FILD? What keeps you lucid? Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

One sec gotta go get some coffee brb. Alright what was I gonna say..... Oh yes when you wake and you knew that you were dreaming key things in my opinion.
      1. Recall a bit about your dream
      2. DO NOT MOVE
      3. Don't Open Eyes If you Can Help It
      4. Proceed to fall back asleep while still recalling.

BAM you should be back in a lucid dream in no time try it and see if it works.
