      *~HELP with Dream Terms!!!*~

Heyy people, I'm really desperate for some help here. I've seen many terms like WILD, MILD, DILD, WBTB, VILP, and DEILD. I'd really appriciate any definitions on what these are and how to achieve them while dreaming. I've just had lucid dreams where I know I'm dreaming, but I'd like to expand my lucid dreaming. Someone please help me with this!!

WILD = wake induced lucid dream
WBTB = wake back to bed.

Take a look at the tutorials section, it's really helpful. And welcome!

What, exactly, IS a Wake Back to Bed?? How do you do it, and what happens when you do it?

All the above mentioned are different techniques to induce a lucid dream. If you want to know how each technique works, go to the tutorials section and the attaining lucid section.

WBTB is usually used combined with another technique. This is probably in the tutorials section, but basically you sleep for 5-6 hours, stay up for roughly 30 minutes, and go back to bed using some LD technique.

Whats an RC and an RL? And what the hell is a wake induced lucid dream? Dreaming while your awake. Does this have anything to do with hallucinating from sleep deprivation?
