      Having trouble remembering to do RC's, try this

      Ok, so if you're like me and you sit on the comp all day since it's summer, i'd get a sticky note and stick it somewhere on your monitor (or edge) and write on it, "YOU ARE IN REALITY, But do a reality check anyway!" I did this yesterday and it is really helping me to do reality checks more often. If you have a dream where you are on your computer, that's a bonus, cause you will either do one and realize it's a dream, or the sticky note won't be there, and you'll realize it's a dream

      Thats interesting, I suppose that would work if you were on the computer for extended periods during the day. You could even stick them around the house like on the remote and stuff haha.
