Thread: What the hell was that?

Last night i attemted to have a LD. I tried a technique i saw but the funny thing was that as my eyes rested closed, i started to almost get a lightheaded sensation, i had somewhat of a cloudy image and just a bunch of things going on that were hard to see. But me, im a person to freak out so i tense up really quick thinking wtf was that? I try to do it again but i couldnt do it.BUT the wierdest thing to happen last night ( thursday ) is when im attempting to do what the tutorial says, i roll over on my stomach to get more comfortable, i speak encouraging words to myself then fall asleep. i remember what felt like waking up, i was in my room on my bed. when i woke up, all i remember was immediately rolling on my stomach and falling back asleep...it didnt feel like i was awake...usually when i wake up i know im awake and i stay up for a few minutes...not this time, and also the floor from what i remember was bright. Not like on the sun bright but like the middle of the day bright with thin curtains. this happened twice last night with the same brightness from before. then last time i "fell asleep" i remembered bits and peices of my dream ( nothing to do with "awakenings. anybody know if i was just dreaming i woke up or if i actually woke up but had like and illusion that things were bright...oh yeah...lastly when i "woke up" for the first i dont remember the brightness hurting my eyes like usual.
