      Temporary FA scare fix :)

So yesterday i decided to experiment seeing as how I only recall FA's and not many other dreams and FA"s kinda scare me...

So anyways..I have slept the same way, facing the same way in my room for as long as I could remember. So when I FA I always see the same thing. My closet in front of me.

So last night I decided to kinda trick my brain. I slept with my head towards my closet and faced the opposite side of my bed facing my window.
The whole time i went to sleep thinking if I have an FA and I see my closet I will KNOW I am dreaming.

So I did have an FA that night and I saw my closet and something in my brain snapped and I knew right away it was wrong because I had fallen asleep the opposite way and I woke up right away!

Don't know how long it will work but hey it was very cool. no SP for me!
Dreaming permits each and every one of us to be quietly and safely insane every night of our lives.

To deny may be just as dangerous and misleading as to accept.

lol Basically when I sleep my head always faces my closet. My window behind my head and my closet in front.

The other night I did the opposite. I slept with my window infront of me and my closet behind me.

So that night I had an FA like I always do In which I woke up in my room ( or thought I did) and I saw my closet in front of me. Right away I knew it was a dream because I purposely went to sleep facing my window.

I was going to test it last night again but I was really tired and don't even remember dreaming last night.

Exactly...a lot faster than a reality check!

Aye, a good form of a MILD, it seems. Carrying the intention over into sleep but in a very specific way. Too bad I sleep differently and gaze all around so that isn't likely to work, heh.

Though, aye, no sleep paralysis because you go through the sleep onset unconsciously, unlike in a WILD, but then when in a dream realise you're dreaming. Glad you found a method that works so well for you.
