      SP Description

Hi everyone. I'm going to start working on WILDs, but first I want to know more about what it's like to enter Sleep Paralysis. I've heard many different descriptions, and I was hoping some of you could share a few of your WILD experiences with me.

My body feels like its vibrating when I WILD.
While there is a lower class, I am in it.
While there is a criminal element, I am of it.
While there is a soul in prison, I am not free.

i don't recommend to try WILD if you're a beginner, it takes practice, and a lot of patients. I'm not good at it yet, i stopped b/c I'm trying FILD, but i know what SP feels like. Even before i knew it was called SP. Its a little scary the first time, its still a little scary the last few times. i usually get them in the mornings.( you wake up one morning, sometimes you can only move your eyes, and sometime you can barely open them, what's scary is that your whole body is paralyzed( well not really paralyzed its just your brain that turns off the switch for your body, so that you do not act-out your dream.) it all lasts a few seconds, until your brain turns the switch back on. thats all.
