Question Whats up, I'm Joe! Questions?

I'm Joe. Its definitely cool to find this forum. I'm new to lucid dreaming, not too foreign to the concept however. I think i'm one of the lucky ones, that sometimes it just kinda happens to during an afternoon nap, and i'm here to learn to practice it.

I'll definitely keep reading, because the info on this site is the best i've come across so far. I've got a dream journal that i just started today, so i am on my way.

I read that magnesium, B-6, and melatonin make a good combination for dream recall, however i am on a few meds, and i wanted to know if any of you knew any of the effects of them were in contrast with lucid dreaming.

      Pharms

      225mg of Effexor
      12mcg of Fentanyl
      50mg of trazadone

anybody with any experience with any of the above would be greatly appreciated.

      Welcome to the forum Joe,
I have no idea if/how those meds affect lucid dreaming but if your getting natural LD's they can't be all bad.

I read that magnesium, B-6, and melatonin make a good combination for dream recall
Personally id just stick with the different techniques around the forum, there's many many different ways to practice and achieve lucidity naturally and without the use of supplements. Im sure someone else who's actually tried these supplements would be of more help though .

Good luck with your lucid endeavours!

If you're not sure about B6, melatonin, or magnesium, I would check with your doctor to see if there could be adverse effects. I'd just be cautious because you never know. And there may not even be a problem.

Well, I wish you luck in your quest towards lucidity Welcome to DV and let us know what we can do for you!
