      Hello everyone!!!

      Hi, I found out that there were things like LD for just a week ago or so, and I would like to know how to do it!

      Yes, I`v read the tutorials, but I`m not sure how I will manage to remember my dreams!

      And one more thing: I have many dreams (or maybe just thoughts) that I can controlle, but I don`t know if it`s Lucid Dreaming or not.
      I`m not sure I`f I`m really asleap while I have these "dreams" or if I still are awake!

      just saying hello, im new here too, dont know if i should be answering questions

      but i think that u may just be half awake (which is a stage of sleep i think)while having these dreams that u control, yet i dont know if u classify them as LDs, its something in between of daydreaming and lds, dont really know

      Hey, and welcome to tha Board! Yeah, Im kinda new here too.. Um, ok...I think he's right about being half asleep, cuz I get that all tha time too.

      Its like when I sleep I dream, but dont know I dreamt til I wake up. I get it one day.

      You'll have to keep a dream journal. That will help improve your dream recall.

      Well, the problem is taht I don`t remember any dreams! When I wake up un the morning I can`t remember a thing...

      Don't wait until morning, set your clock to wake up at different times during the night. You will have a much better chance of remembering them.

      As to being half awake. That is true sometimes, but my most vivid and the LD's in which I have been in the most control occur when I am totally asleep and dead to the world.

      I thing I`ll have to wait until it`s summerholliday!

      But I`ll test it out then!
      For how long do I have to wake up in the middle of the night before I remember them in the morning???
