      Which is the best method of becoming lucid for a beginners?

      The best method i have found is to build up your recall and vividness in your dreams over a period of time and then try DILDs by recognising dream signs within the dream. Thats the more natural and easier way to go but if your looking to test some techniques out to maybe spark some luck and get some lucid dreams out of fluke you may want to try WBTB of MILD.
