Maybe N00bs should take a look at this ;)

For any members just joining or others who are still new with LD then it pays to consider how important a dream journal may be. I dont believe its an essential to have but would say it definetly helps for recording signs and stuff.

Ive been here a few months and have not had an LD. Although last night i became aware i was dreaming. In that dream i said something like ohh its ok its only a dream. But since i didnt write it down as i dont keep a journal i cant remember anything else and i think that dream was a key feature in my progress.

My memory serves me well so i dont keep a journal, but this time it failed. so for those fo you who don't have one i ask you consider it. i hope my mistake has helped at least someone.

      catchya fellas
      n00bs i love you

I have a diary I keep under my pillow to write down my dreams. I think it's very useful- but of course I always feel every dream means something, so ya know that's just me.

      Where have you gone,
      why weren't you there?"
