      Question Can everyone do it?

After experimenting with various ways of reaching something other than the reality that we perceive, i stumbled upon this amazing culture. LDing seems like a stimulating experiance that sounds amazing and is obivously much safer! I really hope that I can start to LD and possibly WILD. I mean i REALLY want to. Im trying to take in as much information as I can. I have read about how b-6, and mugwort can enhance the dreaming experiance for those who already do it. but I am curious if it is wise for me, an 18 year old newbie to try? I dream occasionaly, but probably less than most people. Will this affect my progress? are some brains more capable of attaining these states of dreaming or is it mearly all practice and determination. any and all help is much appreciated! hopeuflly ill be involved in this community for some time to come.

As far as I know, some people find lucid dreaming alot easier than others. If as a kid you were introduced to it you have an easier chance to be a natural lucid dreamer.
And just as some people find it wasy, some find it hard (most of us so don't worry), and B6 and mugwort won't get you an instant lucid, not that you said that, but it can contribute to higher dream recall. And technically speaking we all lucid dream we just don't remember it, so if we get our recall higher we will eventually start having natural lucids.
So keeping a dream journal is your fist priority!

Wow seems like a pretty good thing to have although I'm sure its a curse and a blessing. I wish I wouldve known about lds sooner. I've always dreamt alot and wish I couldve developed some skill before life got in the way (I'm only 16 by the way). When you say you can enter it at will do you mean you can lie down and right away be able to fall asleep and dream? Thats pretty sweet as long as your not doing it in school lol. Maybe you could go into a dream state during a test and look up answers.
