i tried to WILD last night for the first time and the exact same thing happened. heart rate through the roof, adreneline hit me, heavy breathing. I think this attests to being a beginer and not being conditioned to accept the strange feelings.

That happened to me the first time I tried to WILD, so yeah, I guess it's normal for beginners.

Posca, after you had that problem, what helped you get over it? or did it just not occur to any extent the next time you tried, also I am curious, the next time you tried to WILD were you able to? what was your progression after that first time?

Accelerated heartrate is a symptom of oncoming SP, not necessarily because you are a beginner. It's a normal hurdle for some, though for others it is not a recurring experience.

Typically what I'd suggest (since this is not something I deal with) is to concentrate on your breathing, as letting that get out of hand may throw you into a panic. Mostly it's just an experience you can pray doesn't happen again, or eventually adjust to it.

It was only your first try, right? Don't give up yet!

well for me yes, first try, and only try so far. I really came into learning about the process just yesterday.

You've come pretty far then. The first two times I tried to WILD, I didn't get anywhere. Keep at it!
      Are you dreaming?
