      Successful WILD, made me sick?

Hopefully this is the last topic I have to make on WILDing. In retrospect, I should have just made one called 'WILD questions', but whatever.

Anyways, yesterday afternoon, at about 3:00, I tried to WILD, as I heard it is sometimes easier during an afternoon nap. In fact, it was quite easy. SP, like always since I learned how to recognise it, camepretty quickly. I managed to stay awake for a while, and then I sorta 'blacked out' and woke up to being in a square, unfurnished, pale blue room. It didn't take me long to realize I was dreaming, as my room isn't square, and it's not pale blue. Also, I tend to have furniture in my room.

The LD only lasted about a minute, but it did mark the first one where I wasn't a complete moron and I knew what I wanted to do (Go outside.) Never managed to, though. I couldn't find a door, and every time I attempted to walk through a wall the dream started fading. Anyways, shortly after that, I woke up for real. It was roughly 4, so I hadn't been asleep that long. However, as soon as I went to get up, I got a overwhelming feeling of sickness. I could barely move, for fear that I was going to throw up.

I want to know, what do you guys think caused this? Is it because my body isn't used to going to sleep at 3? Did I WILD wrong and screw something up? The sickness went away in about 20 minutes, and it's not deterring me from trying again, but I really want to know how to avoid it in the future.

((EDIT: By 'not long to realize I was dreaming', I'm talking a couple seconds. I know WILDing is supposed to put you in while being aware right away, but I geuess I just forgot for a second))

I don't see how dreaming or sleeping could make you sick, you probably just ate something that upset your stomach, I assume that you have just eaten lunch?

I tried again at roughly the same time this afternoon. I failed spectacularily, falling asleep a whopping 4 minutes or so into it (I could hear the clock ticking from the other room.) When I woke up, I felt just as sick, but it passed a lot quicker than yesterday.

I now think it's just because my body isn't used to having a full 8 hours of sleep, and then being forced to go back to sleep again later in the day.
