      this sucks :(

So here is my short story , and my frustration.

4 days ago i discovered the website and what lucid dreaming is , before i knew about the website i have had a few lucid dreams but they were not intentionally just fluke i guess, i never knew it could be triggered on purpose. Any ways i love my dreams especially good dreams as it tends to make my day more joyful. When i stumbled across the site i was in absolute shock it felt like someone just gave me a million dollars! the possibility of knowing your dreaming and doing fun activities was amazing now i can learn and get more joyfully dreams like i did before on purpose.

Ever since i discovered lucid dreaming ive been thinking about it almost 24/7 for the last 4 days , doing regular RC made a DJ on the first night. Ive been using WILD , MILD and WBTB . I can almost SP in a matter of minutes BUT i find it extremely hard to concentrate once the sinking feeling in your body comes, ill be visualizing my 1 scenario and saying to my " i am dreaming" but once i obtain the sink feeling i tend to concentrate on that and it disappears!! , i cant ignore it and maintain. my concentration on the 1 idea . wat are u suppose to do when the sinking feeling comes?

I read almost all the tutorials but to me it seems like there are missing details , like step by step. It should be once u feel this, do this and that.

can anyone give me some tips on how to do it? its really annoying i know i am close.

The best advice I can give you is for you to have patience.

You seem to be doing pretty well already, but LD success varies greatly from person to person. Just keep reading the tutorials, practicing new techniques, writing the journal... etc.

4 days is a very short period of time, so don't be discouraged for not having had one yet. It may take a little longer, and maybe even a lot longer (hopefully not). Anyway, just keep at it... and best of luck to you!

How is your dream recall by the way?

my dream recall is quite spot on , i can remember all the dreams i have not by 100% detail but 90% the more i write about the dream i had teh more i remember while writing.I write down all dreams i have had every since i discovered the word dream journal which was 4 days ago.

I hope im not one of the pple who takes a long time to get an LD, were i mean trying to trigger one on purpose.
