      Hey, it usually takes me about 20 minutes and have no problem getting into my dream world. every time i realize I'm dreaming. The second i try to do something i wake up. Any help?

      just keep at it...it took me a week to actually stay in the dream after the first times i actually got into the dream...but you're basically past the hard part.
