first lucid dream!

hey everyone! I thought I'd just share with you that i had my first lucid dream last night after about 2 weeks after joining this forum. though it didnt last long. I had 4 dreams that night that i could remember, and i think on the third one at some point i realised i was in a dream, of course when this ussually happens i wake up and have to continue the dream in my conscious imagination because i dont like leaving loose ends:p thats what i thought i was doing this time, but i was wrong. a little way in I realised that if i were indeed conscious I should be able to feel myself lying in bed, which i couldnt. so i do a reality check, i try to push one hand through the other, doesnt work, i block my nose and try to breathe, IT WORKS! of course then in all the excitement i woke up, ah well, maybe tonight.

Hello Nukeme and welcome to the site. Sounds like you did in fact have yourself a Lucid Dream. Not to fear many people have gotten caught up in the moment and become to excited causing them to wake up. But once you get emotions under control you should be having much longer LD's Congratulations on having your First LD!
