      Well the past 4 nights I've tried the FILD technique but had no success. I'm going to give the HIT technique a try tonight. Any tips?

      I've found by far the most successful method for me is the WBTB method. It can take a lot of will power to get up early and go back to bed after an hour but it increases my LD's several fold. Other than that, getting a really solid dream sign. Recording your dreams over several weeks will help you pin point one.

      I use the WBTB too. It's the most reliable technique I know..
