has anyone ever woke up in the middle of the night and felt as though their head was on a backwards roller coaster? a sort of tingly feeling at the crown where you can feel a portion pull up and then fall down, but it keeps falling as if it will never stop, and i try to yank it back. its a struggle and i hate the feeling, all i want to do is go back to sleep. after struggling for a few minutes i finally tell myself to let go.......and then i feel like i am flying. all i see white, not a solid, but white vertical shapes and i try to look down, but i can't. does anyone know what i'm talking about? i am not trying to make something happen, i just want to go back to sleep without all the pulling and falling sensations. |

Could this waking up be a false awakening? Then you dream these strange sensations? |
