      Welcome to Dream Views!

If you don't get an LD immediately, don't stop. It took a month for me to get my first LD. Good luck!

to DreamViews, yaymancheese! Make yourself at home and feel free to ask about anything. Good luck on that lucid tonight! In the beginning, sometimes just knowing about lucid dreaming will bring one on.

      Hi, welcome to Dream Views.
Good job starting on the dream journal. It'll be a tremendous help in your quest for a lucid dream. Good luck catching some lucidity and hope to see you around.

nope, I didn't get a lucid, actually I didn't remember any of my dreams, and I didn't get much sleep because I had iced tea. has anyone got any tips on remembering your dreams without using an alarm clock to wake you up after a REM period?

Hello yaymanchese, welcome to the forum!

I take it you've checked out this recall tutorial? http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ead.php?t=6207

All sorts of useful stuff there. Other things that can help you are going to bed with the express intent to remember dreams. Often believeing you will can help a lot. A reward system can also be good, treating yourself to something you like if you remember your dreams, kind of pushes you to do so.
