      when should I sleep?

mmmmm i got about 8.5 hours sleep last night.
woke up at 10 this morning.

      i took a nap at 7:30pm, didn't wake up untill 11:00pm.

what time should I go to bed now for optimum rem?

Go to sleep when you want, just drink some water before goint to sleep, than you will wake up in the night or early morning, and could do MILD, WILD or whatever you want then

I reccommend getting at least 8 hours.

Set your alarm clock for REM times: 4 and 1/2 hours into sleep, then in 90 minute cycles.

So, if im going to bed 22:30, i should set my alarm on:

      1) 03:00
      2) 4:30
      3) 6:00

and i will get possibility to write down 3 dreams in DJ, right ?

      That sounds good!!!

Try it and tell us how it went
      If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...

If anyone here have tried this over several weeks, I want to ask some questions:
-Do you write down your dreams every 90 minutes?

-Do you take breakes? (avoid setting the alarm clock to 90 minute cycles a night now and then).

-Are you tired during the day, because of waking up often by your alarm clock?
      Are you dreaming?
