      Any Tips?

I have been keeping a dream jurnal and make sure I'm taking enough B6. Is there anything else that will speed up the process of dream recall. I've gained lucidity once but I wasn't able to maintain it. Which way should I try to LD? I want to try WILDing but heard that it was hard. I also get freaked out with SP.

Dream recall... the dream journals really help. Be sure to write down as many details as you can, even if they seem unimportant. As for other ways to help recall, I've heard that self-hypnosis helps. Read the HILD tutorial (that's for getting lucid dreams) and change the goal to remembering dreams. Another way is to repeat "I will remember my dreams" to yourself (in your head) while falling asleep.
As for which way to try, you should try them all. Some techniques just might not work for you, and others might work wonders. No matter what you do, always do Reality Checks during the day. I've only had one LD and I got it because of a Reality Check in a dream. Other ones to try are HILD (which I mentioned earlier to help your recall), VILD (visually repeating a dream before bed in which you do an RC), and MILD (suggestions to your subconscious). WILD is a great technique if you can get it to work, but it is hard, and you'd have to go through SP (not always a fun experience).
Good luck with your LDing and dream recall!
