Hello, Newbie here with a question or two.

I usually get around 7 or so hours of sleep a night and usually awaken before my alarm goes off in the morning, which I'm assuming is a positive feat, no? Anyway, upon waking up I usually have no recollection of the dream I just had, but as I lie in bed, I remain still (no eye/body movement) and attentive to my subconscious and ask it to give me a recollection of what I just dreamed. It always works and I end up remembering scenes from my dreams, but that's usually the extent of it, just scenes from the dreams. Is there anything I could do to get myself to remember whole dreams instead of just fragments from them?

Also, as a newbie I feel it is my duty to give some background on my username; I've had a countless many dreams where everyone except for myself in them had mullets, very strange, but equally hilarious, this assists in going lucid every time too.
