      Some problems

Hey all. Ive become semi-aware that I am dreaming to nights now, but I cant seem to get fully lucid. This is what happens:

In the dreams, I suddenly realise that I am dreaming, and i performe the nose pinching RC. One time it just didnt work, so that sucked. But last night, i worked. But I didnt get any more awerness than I already had. And it doesent feel like its me in the dreams. Its like I'm watching myself from a third person view. After no sucess in this dream with that, I tried to yell "Increase Lucidity" which also didnt help. Then the dream just continued like a normal dream.

I cant seem to realy be one with myself sort of speak. Its like I am just a spectator. Have anyone experienced anything like this or have any clue or advice for me, so that I can get fully Lucid in my dreams?

Hrm just stay positive, you will get there in time.

Try rubbing your hands, that seems to always make my lucids more stronger. Or even look at your hands.

Welcome to the forum by the way
