      had another lucid dream today

funny, I'm starting to get alot more dreams than I usually do and I was knackered from a bads night sleep yesterday so I went and napped, I dreamt I was in like a series of office rooms or somthing, and i felt my teeth and they were all wobbly like they were gonna fall out or somthing. I knew then that it was a dream. So I started spinning myself since I heard that made the dream last longer, and I was getting bored of the office scenery too. Things weren't vivid though, really blurry, I lost my lucidity pretty quickly too because I would have thought to start doing telekenisis like I usually do in dreams. Then I got awoken by the sound of me being shouted for food,

well anyway does anyone know a good way to hold on to lucidity rather than getting absorbed back into the dream? I think I know why it was blurry too, must not have been REM sleep

Well done on the lucid dream!

A good way I find to hold onto lucidity is to simply constantly remind myself that I'm dreaming. Say if I decid to fly, I'll think to myself "Oh, I'm flying because I'm in a dream" or if I see dream characters acting strangely, I'll make a point to think "They're just doing that because they're not real, this is a dream".

Did the dream continue for long after you lost lucidity or did you just wake right up?
