Hi there and to the forum
Well a great place to start with lucid dreaming is by looking through the Tutorials Section, this is one of the most resourceful places on the internet when it comes to lucid dreaming.
Also Burns' Quick start guide can be very informational too.
You might want to work on your dream recall first though, as you could be getting lucids with out remembering having them.
To do this you need a dream journal, where you write down each dream, event, character or emotion that you can remember straight from waking up. After a while you will notice common events or characters, these are caled dream signs. After noticing what your dream signs are you can do a Reality Check to question your reality hoping that it will cross over into your dream, allowing you to become lucid.
Well that's about everything good luck
