      Lucid dreams

I have a question, Is there anyway I Could maximize my chances of having a lucid dream, because I've tried various methods throughout the net, and none of them seem to work...

The best ways I know of to maximize your chances are to do daily reality checks and to keep a dream journal.

Also, once you select a technique that appeals to you, give it a try for at least a couple of weeks before totally discarding it and moving on to the next one.

      thanks

I've never done reality checks, I'll try that, and I keep a dream journal too.

      Thanks!!!
