      Angry Getting frustrated!

I’ve been at this for just about a month and cant make much headway. I remember more of my dreams now but cant remember everyone. But I just cannot become lucid. My dream last night I was exploding propane tanks by shooting them with a paint ball gun and the thought never crossed my mind that I was dreaming. I just cant seem to manage it. Any help?

HEY don’t worry, I have been there. Shoot there was times I didn’t know were my next dream was comen from. Man I got mad as hell. And it’s ok to be mad for a second.
But you have to remember everyone has a different ability when it comes to having lucid dreams. For some people it could take years to achieve a short flow of lucids.
Don’t give up. Keep trying. How often are you’re reality checks?

well....i kind of gave up on reality checks when they got boring and didn’t seem like they had any effect. im too eager though. i want to skip journals and reality checks and get to walking on water and diving off buildings. my technique for remembering my dreams is just repeating over and over again "i will remember my dreams" in my head for like 5 minutes before bed

Do that, and question whether you're dreaming during the day. I've had two LDs, and in both of them I got lucid by realizing I'm dreaming, just by thinking the thought that I might be. I didn't even do any RCs.

It takes some awhile to get good at being lucid. Many of my dreams are very strange and very long, and I have had one DILD so far. Believe me, keep trying, 'cause it's worth the effort

As boring as they are you have to do Reality Checks.
I agree they are boring, and tedious,

and if you want to walk on water sore the sky and visit another planet, you have to.
Well at least do one or the other. Please try to do one or the other.
MY dream journal is living proof that both reality checks and the journal WORKS.

Even if you weren’t going to take my advice which do you prefer generally?
