      Thanks to Wikipedia....

Well after another night randomly wandering around Wikipedia I got onto the lucid dream page (can't remember how though), which directed me to this site. Been reading around for a few hours now and this seems like a great thing to learn and I can't believe I never knew about this! Gonna try recording my first dream when i eventually go to bed.

Although I think I have fairly good dream recall. Can't wait to start exploring my random dreams. Last one I can remember involved me talking to a girl who I haven't seen in ages but had added me that day on Facebook. And as I looked to where she was she was on her old street, to my left. But as i looked to my right it was Albert Square (setting of EastEnders; a UK soap) where I had been previously in the dream. Looking back I think I may have been lucid for like 5 seconds as I looked at the two places and thought "This isn't right". But then the girl started talking to me again and I carried on in the dream. Can't wait to have a proper lucid dream. Loving the site.

I found mine thanks to howstuffworks.com (I love links)
also, the wikibooks article is WAY more extensive than the wikipedia article (but this site beats them both)

I found this site via Google. First I found LD4All, but it hurt my eyes

OMG! Thats how I found this place. I think I was researching night terrors, which eventually got me to lucid dreaming. Welcome to DV!
