Thread: Help! I'm too scared to WILD!

Wow, me and you are very similar in a way. Cause I know once I get vibrations ill be too scared too. I like the idea of just don't try to think about it. In no time it will pay off by not thinking about it.

Thanks for the reply's, but I still don't think that I will manage too continue past the vibrations... I'll try though.

If I do manage to continue, the HI will probably give me a heart attack

Hey Einstein, people can find WILDs a scary experience and the thing you have to realise is that everything that is happening to you during this process is completely normal and if you remain calm and collective and just let it happen and keep telling yourself and thinking that it is a normal thing to happen and nothing is out of the ordinary you will find that you will be alot more at ease. And to be honest with you, once you have experienced it the first time it will just get easier and easier and you will not get as scared. Don't be scared, theres nothing to be afraid of!
