      Hello everyone

      I've been reading about LD'ing for a while now, I found this site a while back, but only just got to registering today.
      I think I've only managed to actually LD twice, though I'm horrible at remembering dreams. Anywho I'll try to be active here and stuffs. :p

      Glad you decided to register then, ionvolvement here helps with lucidity a lot. Obviously the best way to imrove dream recall is to keep a dream journal, have you been keeping one?

      Be sure to check out the tutorials section if you haven't already and feel free to chat around the community, we're a nice bunch.

      I've been trying to keep a dream journal, but I find that by the time I get up and start writing, I've forgotten most of the dream already. -_-

      Anyway, thanks for the replies, and I'll go check the tutorial section sometime soon.

      If you don't remember most of the dream, try writing key words, emotions, or the small bit you do remember. It may come back to you later; a lot of my dream memories surface when I do something that reminds me of the dream.
