I've got really terrible dream recall. I remember about two reams a week. I'm an incredibly deep sleeper, so i can't wake myself up after my REM, and while I am laying there, if I tell myself that I am going to remember my dreams, I drift off to other thoughts right before I fall asleep. Does anyone have any good methods? |

As well as the techniques mentioned above, you could also try brainwave generator (www.bwgen.com) or listening to some subliminal dreaming mp3s to get your subconscious on the subject of dreaming. |
