I've done it as well, though it was a while ago. I was napping about a half hour and woke up. I went right back to sleep in a WILD attempt and slipped easily into it. |

I don't usually set out to WILD specifically, because it takes a long time to get your brain in that right zone. I just get that groggy feeling and I know I can do it, and naps are perfect for that. But then I'm an insomniac, and have no regular sleep pattern. They are all pretty much naps for me. |
