I haven't been sleeping 'normally' as of late because I am on vacation (11-5:30 or 12:00-8:00 have turned into a constant 2:00-10:30 or later) and I have found that because of this it is hard to have a dream and remember it fully. My recall skills are there but I haven't come near lucidity since I started sleeping like this, any idea why? Is the switch in patterns messing up what I've already learned? |
