Hi! i''m new here. just kinda introducing myself

i just found this place by doing a search on google for "conscious dreaming". (i think that's what i searched for.) i've had one lucid dream that i could remember, but had it a long time ago. i had just been thinking about it when i decided to do a search on google on dreaming while conscious. i wanted to have that kind of dream again and decided to see if there's anything on the internet that can tell you how to have that kind of dream, and of course found this site! i usually remember about 1 dream every night, but sometimes i don't remember any dreams on some nights. i've heard of keeping a dream journal before but never really started recording my dreams. but i'm going to try to do that now. and after keeping a dream journal i'm hoping to remember some more dreams and have some lucid dreams!

Make sure you do keep a dream journal, it's essential for any lucid dreamer. Also, be sure to check out the tutorials here http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...splay.php?f=25 , they're really handy. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

thanks. and, ya, i guess i should put a dream diary of my own up here. just saw that forum. i already put a few dreams in microsoft Word that i actually remembered from the last 2 days.
