      Heya there,

For me, its always a balance between trying to have lucid dreams, but also remaining interesting in normal dreams, just for what they are.

I find that it is real easy to get so hung up on lucid dreams and dream awareness and dreammanipulation and what not, that your normal dreams sort of get dismissed as the filling inbetween.

And that in turn hurts dreamrecall. Like basically anything in life, if you want to develop it, you need to pay attention to it

So maybe taking a small break and just working on dream recall is a good idea. My advice, first and foremost, is to never forget that normal dreams can be really interesting, fun and exciting too.

      Just my 2 dreamcents,

Until very recently, I'd gone a year or so without any propper practice of lucid dreaming or keeping a dream journal. My advice to you is do the basics, journal and reality checks. It'll work wonders for starting back up, I promise you.
