      Back at Lucid Dreaming

      Hi there!

Thanks to the encouragement of this forum, I had a lucid dream this morning. (I have been doing lots of reality checks during waking hours.)

Unfortunately, I could barely control it. In the dream, I told myself to "have confidence." But it still didn't work.

Next time, I hope to have a lot more control like I did in the past. And hopefully get even better than I used to be.

      Again, thanks for the support.

      Hey, well done!

      Feel great doesn't it?

Don't worry, control will come with time and confidence. May this be the first of many while you're here.

As you have more lucid dreams, you will be able to control them more and more every time. It becomes much easier once you are able to start having more lucids and it doesn't take a large amount of effort because it's fun even if you don't have full control.
